Shipping Policy​

At Haux Haux Shop, we’re committed to getting your sacred offerings to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We typically ship orders within one to two business days, and in some cases, we may even be able to ship out your order on the same day!​

To ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner, we charge a flat $8 fee for shipping within the US. This fee covers the cost of shipping, packaging, and handling, and helps us to ensure that your items are delivered in the best possible condition.​

We use trusted carriers for all of our shipments, and we’ll provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your order’s progress. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in any way we can.​

​Return & Exchange Policy

At Haux Haux Shop, we want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. While our products are crafted with deep care and attention, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, as long as:

• The item is new, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are shipped by mail to our fulfillment center.

Please note that, due to the sacred nature of some items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for products of equal value.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring items are securely packaged.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
