For countless millennia, plant medicine has been used by healers and shamans to connect with the spiritual realm and perform powerful healing work. Whether using plant medicines in the form of ayahuasca or rapé, or through the use of sacred plant essences such as sananga eye drops, great care and reverence are always taken to ensure that these portals are opened with a heart full of love, intention, and mindfulness.
Through plant medicine journeys, we are able to experience deep states of self-healing that can illuminate and transform our lives. These plant medicines tune us into new levels of consciousness, helping us to reveal our true nature and untapped potential. They offer us the chance to look within ourselves – often for the first time – so that we can reconnect with our breath, our inner light, and the wisdom deep within our souls.
With plant medicine as our guide, we are able to open up new pathways of understanding that help us develop deeper connections with ourselves, others, and the natural world around us. Through this opening in consciousness comes not only deep shifts in perspective but also profound healing on all levels – mind, body, spirit. So let us step into these magical portals together with an open heart and a sense of wonder at all that awaits us on the other side. After all, as Thoreau once said: “it is not what you look at that matters; it’s what you see.”
