Guide 03 · Preparing with care
A meaningful beginning can still be simple.
You do not need a complicated setup. Attention, privacy and care are more important than collecting many objects at once. Begin with only what you understand and will actually use.
Make room for attention
Choose a quiet, ventilated place where you will not need to rush. Silence notifications, have water nearby and give yourself time before returning to the rest of the day.
Name your intention
A simple intention can help bring focus: stillness, gratitude or reflection. It does not need to promise an outcome. The purpose is to approach the moment deliberately.
Close with care
Clean and dry your applicator, put everything away safely and notice how you feel. If anything feels wrong or uncertain, stop and seek appropriate guidance rather than pushing through.
